Your journey begins from Shimla, driving through the scenic Himalayan roads along the Sutlej River. Pass through beautiful towns like Kufri, Narkanda, and Rampur, surrounded by pine forests and mountain views. Continue towards Kinnaur Valley, one of the most picturesque regions of Himachal Pradesh. Reach Kalpa by evening and check in to the hotel. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views over the majestic Kinnaur Kailash range.
After breakfast, start your journey towards Spiti Valley. Drive through Reckong Peo and enter the dramatic terrain of Spiti. Visit the beautiful Nako Village and Nako Lake, known for its peaceful surroundings. Continue to Tabo and visit the famous Tabo Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in the Himalayas, over 1,000 years old. Continue your drive to Kaza, the main town of Spiti Valley.
After breakfast, explore the beautiful high-altitude villages around Kaza. Visit the famous Key Monastery, the largest monastery in Spiti Valley, located on a hilltop with stunning valley views. Continue to Kibber Village, one of the highest motorable villages in the world. Visit Hikkim Village, home to the world’s highest post office, and Langza Village, known for its giant Buddha statue and fossil sites. Return to Kaza by evening.
After breakfast, drive towards Chandratal Lake via Kunzum Pass (4,551 meters), one of the highest motorable passes. Enjoy stunning views of glaciers, snow-capped peaks, and rugged mountains. Reach Chandratal Lake, also known as the “Moon Lake,” famous for its crystal-clear blue water and peaceful surroundings. Enjoy camping near the lake and witness a beautiful sunset and starry night.
After breakfast, start your adventurous drive to Manali via Batal and Gramphu. Experience thrilling off-road driving and river crossings. Cross the famous Atal Tunnel, one of the longest tunnels in the world above 10,000 feet. Reach Manali and check in to the hotel. Evening free to relax or explore local markets.
After breakfast, explore the beautiful attractions of Manali. Visit the famous Hadimba Devi Temple, surrounded by cedar forests. Visit Vashisht Temple and hot springs, Club House, and Tibetan Monastery. Later, visit Solang Valley, known for adventure activities and mountain views. Evening free to explore Mall Road for shopping and cafes
